Cancelling your order.
Should you need to cancel your order please email firstname.lastname@example.org ASAP.
If you have not had dispatch confirmation we should be able to cancel your order and issue a full refund. Please indicate your order reference number.
If you order has been dispatched please do not sign for the item and the goods will be returned to sender. A full refund will be issued upon return.
Changed my mind– Please can I return?
If for some reason you change your mind and would like a refund, you have up to 14 days to let us know, and another 14 days to return the goods to us. You will need to return the product to us before we can provide a refund.
Electric Travels can help arrange the return for a charge of £20 (due to the size of the product). We can issue you with returns labels and arrange a collection.
NO NEED for you to leave the house and find the nearest drop off points!

Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your correspondence.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your return request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
To obtain a full refund, the goods must be returned in an “as new” condition with all components included in their original packaging. “As new” condition is defined as unused.
We cannot accept any product back that has signs of use under any circumstances.
You can open the box and change your mind about the colour and the product, but it does not mean you can use or test the product and then return to us.
All items must be in the original box. Any items not returned in original packaging with incur a £15.00 surcharge.
Any items returned and missing any items will be charged as follows:
Missing Charger A deduction of £20.00 will be made when this is not returned with the scooter.
Spare tyres A deduction of £25.00 will be made when this is not returned with the scooter.
Missing Manual A deduction of £5.00 will be made when this is not returned with the scooter.
Missing Valve Extender A deduction of £5.00 will be made when this is not returned with the scooter.
4 Handlebar Screws A deduction of £1.99 will be made when these are not returned with the scooter.
We are sorry to hear your item has obtained a fault (in 30 days) Please contact us @ firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and the issue and we can advise you from there.
If your fault is after 30 days of purchase you may still be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Please contact us @ email@example.com with your order number and the issue and we can advise you from there.
I have received the wrong item/ Something is missing.
