Before you buy – All you need to know about ET gift cards:
• Where can my ET gift card be used? Your gift card can only be used on the Electric Travels e-commerce store.
• You can use your ET gift card to make full or partial payments on orders.
• The amount used will be deducted from your card and any remaining balance will be displayed in your receipt.

Any orders placed before 3pm ( Monday to Friday ) will be dispatched for next working day delivery via our selected courier.
All orders placed after 3pm Friday, including Saturday and Sunday will then be shipped Monday.
We use DPD as our courier partner and they will require a signature for delivery. Tracking information will be provided once your item has been shipped from our warehouse.
UK – Non Mainland
Unfortunately we have to charge all Non Mainland shipments at a £20.00 carriage charge.
European Shipments
We are in the process of setting up a courier network to be able to ship to Europe. Shipments will be a standard £20 delivery charge.
Failed Deliveries
If your item cannot be delivered for any reason the courier will normally leave a card for re-delivery or collection details. If after a few attempts the item can still not be delivered the item will arrive back with us and you will be refunded.
